Racket

OVE-NAXX (real name Isao Sano) is a Japanese breakcore/raggacore artist from Osaka, Japan. He is a one-man machine that combines sounds from the entire spectrum of music, adds a spattering of distorted noise, and spits out jittery, insane ragga-breakcore grooves. Apparently starting his career doing impromptu gigs in the streets of Japan, OVE-NAXX is one of the more eclectic breakcore artists, as he fuses death metal, J-Pop, dancehall with samples of Latin American music and farmyard animals.
He is currently signed to Adaadat records, which is also home to fellow Japanese electronic musicians DJ Scotch Egg, with whom he has both collaborated, and remixed songs for. OVE-NAXX is also currently putting out records on his Accelmuzhik label and various other labels.
His recent album Ovekeyashiki (a play on the Japanese word Obakeyashiki, which translates as haunted house) is quite different to his other releases, as it fuses cartoon-like circus music with his vocals, and features collaborations with Passenger Of Shit and Doddodo.
