KUBIK Melbourne will see the KUBIK concept showcased in the Southern Hemisphere for the first time as the feature of Melbourne Music Week. KUBIK, conceived by German designers Balestra Berlin has been featured as a summer highlight in cities over 22 cities across the globe including Milan, Lisbon, Berlin and Barcelona and has made special festival appearances at Creamfields and Sonar.

A French infused café by day and a fully licensed venue by night, KUBIK Melbourne will feature local and international electronic and independent DJs, plus live performers across a full program of music industry and public events. Constructed from illuminated industrial water tanks, the modular structure will be augmented by video mapping, synchronised lighting and choreographed sound design to create the custom made open air installation venue: KUBIK Melbourne.
